Susan's case is similar to second video. As the girl in the video is trying to answer his question but he is unable to understand it. In the same way Susan is communicating with her teacher, but she is unable to understand her words. Since her speech is not clear. While communicating our both verbalaverbal non verbal communication matters alot. If a person speaks something and act something else it leads to misunderstanding and this creates communication barrier.
The second video suits Susan by seeing the video it made us fun . She was not clear with words, pronouciation was also not proper . She was bit confusion with similar words and the meaning too.
According to me Susan's case suits the second video because communication becomes difficult when people don't understand each others language and at that movement they don't even get chance of learning from one. other.
The second video suits Susan's personality as Susan is not able to understand what is being addressed to her and is unable to communicate clearly as in the second video. In the video Condoleeza Rice wasn't quite able to clarify the confusion going on about the Chinese Leader Mr. Hu which lead to further confusions.
After looking at both the video's and the description given on Susan's situation, in my opinion the 2nd video is most suited with the problems Susan is going through.
According to me Susan's personality is somewhat like that which is shown in the second video. In the second video one can see that what the lady is trying to say and what is being understood by the male figure is different. Similarly there is a miscommunication as Susan is unable to understand what is being communicated to her and therefore unable to perform as expected.
According to me Susan's problem started during early years of her life itself. That means her language development was not proper. That was the reason why she was irritated and behaved in a certain way.In school she was not understood by everyone and teacher complaints about it. I think i can relate this to the President's video where the president after a certain time became impatient and was irritated because of miscommunication.
